? What You'll Do

● Own Oyela’s social media presence across Instagram & other platforms

● Plan, execute, and optimize content calendars (posts, reels, stories, collabs)

● Reach out, negotiate, onboard and coordinate with influencers to take content live on time





● Engage with creators, communities & trends — from witty comments to smart collabs

● Track influencer-level performance metrics and double down on what works

● Manage online reputation — handling both the love ❤️ and the occasional hate

? What You Bring

● Passion for fashion, creators, and everything social

● Sharp communication skills — you can make words pop in comments, captions, and DMs

● Deep familiarity with Instagram (trends, formats, metrics)

● Eye for detail + ownership mindset (you’ll be running Oyela’s voice online)

● Canva/CapCut skills are a plus, but creativity > tools

● Ability to balance fun + brand responsibility in every post and reply
