We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager who has a strong understanding of social media content creation, video editing, photography, and photoshoot coordination.

The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize content, shoot basic photo/video content, edit engaging reels, and manage social media platforms for different brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media content strategies for clients.
- Create monthly content calendars and content ideas.
- Shoot and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Handle basic photography and videography during client photoshoots.
- Coordinate and assist with qualified photoshoots and content shoots.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.




- Create engaging reels with trending audio, transitions, text, and effects.
- Understand Instagram trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and clients for content requirements.
- Write basic captions and assist with hashtag research.
- Schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media marketing.
- Good knowledge of video editing and reel creation.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and framing.
- Experience in conducting or coordinating product, lifestyle, or brand photoshoots.
- Ability to identify and adapt to social media trends quickly.
- Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and other content creation tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, food, or consumer brands will be preferred.
- Having a portfolio of reels, edited videos, photography, or social media work is mandatory.
