About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong expertise in English content, social media strategy, and digital communication. The ideal candidate should be creative, strategic, and capable of developing content that builds brand presence and engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality English content for social media platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, posts, campaign copies, and social media content in excellent English.
- Research trends, competitors, audience behavior, and industry insights.
- Develop creative ideas for campaigns, reels, posts, stories, and other digital formats.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare reports and insights.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, and conversions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other creative teams.




- Stay updated with changing social media algorithms, trends, and platform features.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

Required Skills:

- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Strategy and Content Strategy.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Ability to develop creative and strategic campaign ideas.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Strong research, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

- Experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Branding, PR, or Creative Agencies.
- Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing brand campaigns and corporate social media accounts.
