Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand voice and marketing goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.

Manager will engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to execute campaigns.



The role also involves staying current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve results.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and campaign objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including clear online communication and brand-consistent copy creation.
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is preferred; agency experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
