Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Kolkata.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand goals. The role also involves staying current with social media trends,



optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and supporting product launches and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will represent the brand voice consistently and help strengthen the online presence of Happy Healthcare.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy and campaign planning.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting is beneficial.
- Knowledge of skincare, wellness, or Ayurvedic products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
