Inai is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our team and own the brands we work with.

What you'll do
- Manage the team
- Manage daily operations
- Assign work to the team
- Work closely with our designers, editors, videographers and creative head
- Be the point of contact for clients
- Prepare monthly content calendars
- Review and approve content before it goes out
- Get content approvals from clients and manage feedback rounds
- Make sure everything runs on time and gets posted on schedule
- Post and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms
- Study the brands you handle,
their audience, their category, their competition
- Keep up with trends and bring fresh content ideas to the table
- Track how content is performing and share insights with the team and clients
Who we're looking for
- 1 year of experience (interns are welcome to apply)
- Someone who can handle multiple brands at once
- A fresh, creative mind
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working across different brands and sectors
- Good with social platforms, knows the formats, the trends, what's working right now
- Strong writing skills
- Organised, and good with deadlines
- Comfortable talking to clients, transparent, warm and dependable
- Someone who can lead a team calmly and keep everyone moving
- Willing to take ownership and not wait to be told what to do
