Role Description The Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Manager will manage TutorMila , LinguaPlanet and MonkYoga online presence and support growth initiatives across key digital channels. This part-time, remote role includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, engaging with online communities, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also involves developing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, supporting lead generation efforts, monitoring performance using web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness.





The successful candidate will collaborate with founders and cross-functional team members to refine messaging, test new ideas, and contribute to overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and platform management.
- Experience with Digital Marketing and Marketing, including campaign planning, copywriting, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Ability to drive Lead Generation through targeted campaigns, nurturing funnels, and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with education or edtech markets is a plus, as well as experience in early-stage or startup environments.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
