Graphician Studios is looking for a Social Media Manager who understands both content and performance. We’re looking for someone who can manage social platforms, build content strategies, run campaigns, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies
- Plan content calendars and coordinate with creative and content teams
- Analyze content performance, audience behavior, reach, and engagement
- Develop strategies to improve Instagram reach and organic growth
- Manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
- Handle Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Boosting
- Set up and manage retargeting and sales campaigns
- Conduct keyword research using SEMrush and Google Keyword Planner
- Manage Google Business Profile
- Explore and implement social media automation using tools such as ManyChat and LinkDM
- Monitor trends, platform updates, competitors, and emerging content opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and use insights to improve future campaigns

- Practical knowledge of paid advertising and campaign optimization
- Ability to understand analytics and make data-driven decisions
- Strong understanding of Instagram content and reach strategies
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
- Curiosity to stay updated with changing social media trends and algorithms
- Prior agency experience will be an advantage
