Lilly Pod is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our growing team and work closely with personal brands, doctors, healthcare professionals, and other service-based businesses.

What we're looking for

6 months–1 year of experience in Social Media Management

Experience working with medical/healthcare brands is preferred

Strong understanding of organic Instagram growth

Valuable at content writing, scripting, ideation & creative direction

Understands engagement, shares, saves, views, followers & community building

Strong research skills and an eye for trends, references & viral content

Ability to find relevant reference content and customise it to a client's brand and audience

Ability to add a marketing angle to content instead of simply recreating trends

Comfortable coordinating with video editors, content writers, designers & creative teams

Good client communication and coordination skills

Creative, proactive and willing to experiment

Someone who takes ownership and treats every client like their own project





Own laptop is mandatory

What you'll be doing

Research → Strategy → Ideas → Content → Creative Direction → Client Coordination → Execution → Growth

You'll be closely involved in understanding the client, building their content bank, identifying opportunities, planning content, coordinating production and continuously improving what works organically.
