Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage industry audiences. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns.

Manager will respond to comments and messages, maintain consistent brand voice, and stay updated on social media trends relevant to the textile and chemical sectors. The role also involves proposing new ideas for community growth and reporting on key insights to guide digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and refine engaging, audience-focused content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with online communities.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools, social media management platforms, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Relevant experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or manufacturing sectors, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment is important.
- Know how of linked-in, instagram and website content.
