? Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management

Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and other content.

Maintain consistent posting schedules for multiple client accounts.

Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions.

Keep track of current social media trends.

- Content & Reach Strategy

Develop ideas and strategies to improve Instagram and social media reach.

Analyze content performance and identify what works best.

Suggest improvements based on engagement, reach, views and audience behavior.

Coordinate with the creative and content team for social media requirements.

- Paid Advertising

Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.

Work on audience targeting and retargeting.

Handle Instagram boosting when required.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and lead generation.

- Keyword Research

Conduct keyword research using SEMrush and Google Keyword Planner.

Identify relevant keywords for client businesses.

Support SEO and social media content optimization.

- Instagram Automation

Set up and monitor Instagram automation campaigns.

Work with ManyChat and LinkDM.

Create DM-based lead-generation and engagement flows.





Monitor automated conversations and improve the customer journey.

- Analytics & Reporting

Track social media performance regularly.

Monitor metrics such as

Engagement

Followers

Reel Views

Profile Visits

Leads

Ad Performance

Maintain performance data using Google Sheets and Excel.

Prepare basic social media and advertising reports.

- Google Business Profile

Manage and update Google Business Profiles.
