Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Develop content ideas based on education, admissions, test preparation, student achievements, events, webinars, and relevant trends.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to execute social media creatives and videos.
- Brief designers/video editors clearly and ensure content is delivered according to requirements.
- Create and manage Instagram Reels and other short-form video content.
- Identify relevant social media trends, formats, sounds, topics, and opportunities.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms.
- Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and maintains consistency.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall community engagement.




- Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Analyse metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, and content performance.
- Identify high-performing content and suggest ways to improve future content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, webinars, events, launches, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, formats, and platform features.
- Proactively suggest recent content ideas and social media initiatives.
