Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across AUREN AI’s social media channels, with a focus on sharing practical insights about AI, business strategy, and client success stories. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing posts and scripts, producing short-form videos and visual assets, and optimizing content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube. The role involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments, collaborating with consultants to translate complex ideas into accessible content, and analyzing performance metrics to refine future campaigns.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kanpur,



with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, scripting, caption writing, and basic graphic design.
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars, align content with brand positioning, and adapt messaging for different platforms.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, derive insights, and suggest data-informed improvements.
- Clear, concise writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain technical or strategic concepts in an engaging, accessible way.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, business strategy, or tech consulting is highly beneficial; willingness to learn and research new topics is essential.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional team members, receiving feedback, and iterating content quickly in a fast-moving setting.
- Proficiency with common content creation tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing software, scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, reliable time management, and the ability to work independently within a hybrid setup in Kanpur.
