About the RoleDigiweave Mediatech LLP is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage day-to-day social media activities for our clients and contribute to building engaging, trend-driven content.

The ideal candidate should understand social media beyond just posting content and should be comfortable with content planning, copywriting, trends, reels, shoots and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars based on brand objectives.
- Research and identify trending content, formats, reels, hashtags and social media trends.
- Develop creative content ideas for posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, copies and social media content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and other internal teams for timely content execution.
- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots.
- Be comfortable being present during shoots and coordinating the execution of planned content.
- Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement and ensure timely responses where required.
- Track social media performance including reach, engagement, views, follower growth and content performance.




- Prepare regular social media reports and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Keep up with platform updates, trends, viral content and changing audience behaviour.
- Coordinate with clients for content requirements, approvals and feedback.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's tone, communication and objectives.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing or creative agency will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook; knowledge of LinkedIn and YouTube is an advantage.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of reels, short-form content and current social media trends.
- Good creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Comfortable coordinating and working during photoshoots and video shoots.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights or similar tools is preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling D2C, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food or consumer brands will be preferred.
