Anya Segen creates tailored, high-quality content aligned with marketing objectives and adapts it for social media, TV, web, and other platforms. Consistent brand messaging and a unified audience experience are at the core of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Research topics, trends and stories relevant to our audience.
- Develop ideas for Reels, Shorts, carousels, stories and other social content.
- Write clear, engaging scripts with strong hooks and storytelling.
- Appear on camera for selected videos and explain topics confidently.
- Work with designers and video editors to take content from idea to publication.
- Manage assigned content and contribute to the social media calendar.
- Track basic metrics such as views, engagement,



shares and audience response.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Bring fresh ideas and take ownership of assigned projects.

What we're looking for

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Good writing, research and storytelling abilities.
- Genuine interest in social media and digital content.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively.
- Creative, proactive and willing to experiment.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, including AI-assisted content workflows.

Preferred Background

- Graduates from Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, English, PR, Advertising or Digital Media are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
- Experience in content creation, college media, anchoring, public speaking, social media, YouTube or internships will be an advantage.
