Role Description The Social Media Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role supports the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and timely updates.

Responsibilities include drafting posts, assisting with visual content coordination, scheduling updates, monitoring comments and messages, and helping respond to audience interactions.

The Social Media

Assistant will also track basic performance metrics, support campaign execution,



and collaborate with designers and marketing team members to align content with overall brand and campaign goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Candidates should possess Social Media and Social Media Content Creation skills to manage platforms and produce relevant, platform-specific content.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to support campaigns, audience growth, and community engagement.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media trends, with the ability to adapt content based on performance insights.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Thane and collaborating within a multidisciplinary digital team.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), is an advantage.
