Social Media Associate

Location: Mumbai, I n-office Type: Full-time

Reports to: Social Media Director

Compensation: ₹30,000/month

About the role

We're looking for a Social Media Associate to help build Pinky Promise's presence across the platforms where our customers actually spend their time.

This is a hands-on role: you'll write the posts, cut the videos, answer the comments, and watch the numbers to figure out what's working.

You don't need years of experience. You need spunk, curiosity, and a real feel for how people talk to each other online. We'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

- Create content. Write copy, shoot and edit short-form video, and put together easy graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YT. Most of it will be scrappy and fast, some of it will be polished.
- Run the calendar. Own the day-to-day publishing schedule; planning what goes out, when, and making sure nothing slips.
- Manage the community. Reply to comments and DMs in our brand voice, flag issues that need a real human escalation, and build genuine relationships with the people who follow us.
- Track and report. Pull weekly performance numbers, spot patterns, and bring a point of view on what we should do more or less of.
- Stay current. Keep us aware of platform changes, format shifts, and trends worth jumping on and the ones to stay away from

What we're looking for

- 0–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content. If you’re building your own page, you get brownie points.




- Strong writing instincts and an ear for tone; you can tell the difference between a post that sounds like a brand and one that sounds like a person
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on your phone (CapCut, InShot, or Edits)
- Organized enough to manage a content calendar without being chased
- Genuinely interested in women’s healthcare, what we’re building, and the audience we're talking to

Nice to have

- Familiarity with a scheduling tool (Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Basic design skills in Canva or Figma
- Exposure to Meta Ads Manager
- A portfolio, content samples, or an account you've run. Links are more useful to us than a cover letter
