About the Job

Alekh is looking for a Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team and help build and strengthen our digital presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Alekh’s social media accounts across Instagram and other relevant platforms.

Develop and execute engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.

Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

Create and coordinate content including reels, stories, posts, campaigns, and product launches.

Stay updated with current social media trends, fashion trends, and relevant Instagram formats.

Assist with photoshoots and coordinate content requirements with photographers, models, creators, and the internal team.

Write engaging captions and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns.

Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth and provide regular insights.

Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations and content.

Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments and DMs.

Support promotional campaigns, festive launches, and other brand initiatives.





Work closely with the design and fashion teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Help grow Alekh’s online presence and build a strong, engaged community around the brand.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field preferred.

1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a fashion/lifestyle brand.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and current social media trends.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Solid creative sense with an eye for fashion, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is a plus.

Ability to plan, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for fashion, content creation, and social media.
