As a Customer Service Executive in the Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound department, you will be the front-line representative for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

- Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.

- Stay updated with product knowledge and bank policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.

- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
