RK Road Transport Pvt Ltd (RKRTPL) is hiring a Site Supervisor to run our truck fleet operations at Dudhichua Mines (NCL), Singrauli.
This is a site-based role for someone who already knows Dudhichua and NCL's way of working — candidates must currently be based in Singrauli/Dudhichua. No relocation.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily truck deployment, loading, weighment, and dispatch at the mine site
- Coordinate with NCL/mine officials, weighbridge staff, and security for smooth vehicle movement
- Maintain trip documentation — weighment slips, RA/RCS forms, e-way bills, gate passes
- Track vehicle-wise trips, tonnage, and turnaround time; report daily/weekly numbers
- Manage on-site drivers — attendance, discipline, trip allocation
- Coordinate with our workshop team on breakdown response to minimize downtime
- Monitor fuel usage and ensure safety/document compliance
What we're looking for
- Currently based in Singrauli/Dudhichua, with working familiarity with the mine site and NCL's processes
- 3-5+ years supervising trucks/dumpers/tippers in a mining or bulk-transport environment; coal/NCL experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing drivers and resolving on-ground issues directly
- Working knowledge of mine documentation and basic daily reporting (Excel/WhatsApp/register)
