Role Description The Site Supervisor (Interior) will oversee day-to-day execution of interior projects at client locations in Bengaluru in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors; supervising site activities; and ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves monitoring material usage, verifying measurements, conducting regular site inspections, and resolving on-site issues promptly.

The Site

Supervisor will also maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams,



provide progress updates, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and support timely project handovers. This position requires regular travel between sites within Bengaluru and a hands-on approach to project oversight.

Qualifications

- Strong project supervision and coordination skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and on-site team management.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and basic construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret interior layout drawings, technical plans, and measurements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, focus on quality control, and commitment to meeting timelines and safety standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer and mobile tools for reporting, documentation, and communication (e.g., email, spreadsheets, site reporting apps).
- Prior experience as a site supervisor or similar role in interior design, construction, or fit-out projects.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office across multiple project locations in Bengaluru and adapt to changing project needs.
