Role Description The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at our villa project sites in Kochi in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role coordinates and supervises site staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with design specifications and quality standards.

The Site

Manager monitors project progress, manages materials and equipment, conducts regular site inspections, and resolves on-site issues in collaboration with project managers and architects. The role also includes maintaining compliance with local regulations,



enforcing health and safety protocols, preparing site reports, and supporting clear communication with stakeholders regarding timelines and execution.

Qualifications

- Experience in site management or construction supervision within residential or villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
- Proficiency in project coordination, scheduling, and basic documentation using relevant tools or software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing site teams, contractors, and client-facing interactions.
- Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues, make sound decisions, and work under time and resource constraints.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working on projects in Kochi or familiarity with local regulations and practices is an advantage.
