Job Title: Site / Project Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site/Project Engineer to oversee construction project execution, site supervision, planning, coordination, and project management activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at project sites.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress according to approved timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and overall resource utilization.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, risks, or delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and material consumption records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate procurement requirements and material deliveries.
- Attend project review meetings and provide project status updates.
- Resolve site-related technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
- Support project handover and closeout documentation.





Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in site execution and project management.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site management practices.
