Job Title: Site Civil Engineer – RCC & PEB Structures

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Site Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in executing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. You will manage daily site operations, ensure technical accuracy, enforce strict safety and quality standards, and coordinate seamlessly between contractors, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day execution of RCC works (foundations, columns, slabs, shuttering, rebar layout) and PEB structures (anchor bolt alignment, erection of primary/secondary frames, sheeting, and insulation).

Quality Assurance & Control: Ensure concrete pour quality,



slum testing, cube sampling, rebar spacing, and structural alignment match approved IFC drawings and project standards.

Coordination & Alignment: Work closely with project architects, structural consultants, vendors, and MEP teams to resolve site discrepancies promptly.

Progress Tracking & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), maintain material reconciliation logs, and monitor site progress against project schedules.

Contractor & Labor Management: Supervise sub-contractors, allocate workforce efficiently, and conduct joint measurement verification for billing approval.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety rules (HSE guidelines) and ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance across all working crews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in site supervision for RCC and PEB construction projects.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and fabrication drawings; basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Site Knowledge: Solid understanding of shuttering systems, concrete mix ratios, rebar detailing, bolt torque checking, and PEB structural erection sequences.

- Soft Skills: Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities under tight site deadlines.
