Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil engineering activities for commercial interior projects and related infrastructure works at project sites in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring designs are implemented according to specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. The role involves reviewing drawings, planning and monitoring site work schedules, managing resources, and supporting stormwater and utility management where applicable.

Engineer will collaborate with project managers, designers,



and procurement teams to resolve technical issues, maintain quality control, and ensure timely project delivery. The role also requires regular site reporting, documentation, and proactive risk identification to support efficient, reliable execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on site-based projects, including supervision of contractors and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Planning for project timelines, resource allocation, and sequencing of civil works to meet delivery milestones.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related site infrastructure, including drainage, grading, and utility coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable to commercial interior and civil works.
- Ability to use basic civil engineering and CAD tools; exposure to project management software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Prior experience in commercial interiors, fit-out projects, or similar fast-paced construction environments is preferred.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Hyderabad and visit multiple project locations as needed.
