The Prospect:

We are looking for experienced Site Engineers and Senior Site Engineers to join our team for the execution of exclusive, high-end interior projects across India.

This is a full-time, in office role for professionals who are confident in managing interior fit-out and architectural works, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that every detail is executed in line with the design intent.

What you will do:

- Oversee daily site activities for interior fit-out and architectural works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and design teams.
- Ensure accurate execution of architectural and interior drawings, material specifications, and details.
- Coordinate with MEPF consultants and service contractors for seamless integration of building services.
- Read, interpret, and implement architectural, interior,



structural, and MEPF drawings.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections and verify measurements.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in real time.
- Prepare site reports and maintain essential project documentation.
- Support project managers in managing schedules, resources, and site deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and design intent.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior execution.
- Proven experience in projects involving architecture, interiors, civil works, and MEPF services.
- ITI, Diploma, or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, detailing, and execution methodologies.
- Practical understanding of structural and civil engineering as applied to interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to coordinate architectural, interior, structural, and MEPF drawings.
- Strong site supervision, quality control, inspection, and reporting skills.




- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work within project schedules and budgets.
- Familiarity with construction safety practices.
- Willingness to remain site-based throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven expertise in high-end interior execution and a strong eye for workmanship.

Freshers need not apply. Candidates without a minimum of 3 years of relevant project experience will not be considered.
