Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise B2C Commerce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce B2C Commerce architecture, Business Manager, Page Designer, SCAPI, storefront development, integrations, checkout, order management, data feeds, and platform configuration. The candidate will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and other developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- - Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) applications and storefronts.
- Work extensively with SFCC architecture, Business Manager, Page Designer, and SCAPI.
- Develop and configure eCommerce functionality across sites, catalogs, pricing, inventory, promotions, customers, baskets, checkout, and orders.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable cartridges and customizations following SFCC best practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations using SCAPI, OCAPI, Services Framework, and other integration mechanisms.
- Design and implement catalog, customer, and other data feeds.
- Configure and manage jobs, schedules, site preferences, custom objects, system objects, and code versions.
- Implement and optimize search, sorting, caching, and cache invalidation.
- Develop and enhance checkout and order-related functionality, including baskets/carts, shipments, payment-related flows, and order processing.
- Work with Business Manager to configure and manage:

- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, performance, and SFCC best practices.
- Support code deployment, version management, environment management, and release activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to technical design and architectural discussions.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- - Experience with Salesforce Storefront Next Experience is an added advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud integrations with CRM, OMS, PIM, ERP, payment, tax, search, and other third-party systems.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of headless commerce and composable commerce architectures.
- Experience with performance optimization and high-volume eCommerce platforms.

- - 6+ years of software development experience, with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce/SFCC.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale B2C Commerce implementations.
- Robust experience across the full eCommerce lifecycle, from catalog and storefront through checkout, order creation, integrations, and production support.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
