About the Role

As part of the Collaboration team, you will support the following capabilities, under the responsibility of our existing Product Owner: Opella Intranet, based on SharePoint technologies, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Viva Engage.

Responsibilities

- Manage Intranet projects and overall lifecycle
- Act as the primary stakeholder for integrations between Opella Intranet, solution provider and Infrastructure team
- Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and features to ensure continuous modernization of the Opella Intranet experience
- Interact with Global Communication team, functionally owning Opella Intranet (e.g. new needs, prepare service quality review with product owner, …)
- Support creation of dashboards & reports to show up quality of service, usage of the service etc.
- Under the validation of global Product Owner, manage all technical aspects (webmaster role, create/modify pages, configurations, …) for Opella Intranet
- Be the privileged point of contact for Global Communication team to support Opella Intranet in case of issues.




- Support Global Product Owner to operate SharePoint Platform
- Support Sanofi to Opella on-going SharePoint migration project, operated with a dedicated integrator (migration process, move to production, …)
- Develop and maintain required sites self-service Templates for SharePoint, aligned with our Opella branding
- Develop and maintain Business as Usual (BAU) model for SharePoint, ensuring full transition & knowledge of the support teams to operate (project & continuous improvement)
- Under the responsibility of the Global SharePoint Product Owner, develop and maintain inventory & cleaning capabilities (apps, dedicated portal)
- Be the technical point of contact to standardize and evaluate new integrations, customizations or PowerPlatform dependencies
- Ensure level 3 of support in case of complex issues that cannot be solved by our support partner (incl. Documentation, knowledge transfer)
- Support Global Product Owner to operate Viva Engage Platform
- Manage Opella creation of Viva Engage communities, mirroring Sanofi implementation (project mode)
- Develop and maintain Viva Engage branding and templates
- Develop and maintain Business as Usual (BAU) model for Viva Engage, ensuring full transition & knowledge of the support teams to operate (project & continuous improvement)
- Under the responsibility of the Global Viva Engage Product Owner, develop and maintain inventory & cleaning capabilities (apps, dedicated portal)




- Be the technical point of contact to standardize and evaluate new integrations or customizations

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred certifications:
- Microsoft SharePoint Administrator Associate
- Scrum/Agile Product Owner
- Project Manager certification (e.g. PMP)

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years in roles such as:
- SharePoint administrator, service owner or product owner, including PowerPlatform elements
- IT Project Manager related to SharePoint / Intranet topics

Proven experience and hands on:
- Intranet experience based on SharePoint, Viva Engage and other integrations
- Designing a Microsoft SharePoint Online platform from scratch (e.g. creating sites templates, applying branding, …)
- SharePoint administration and solving issues
- SharePoint integration and customizations
- Viva Engage administration
- PowerPlatform development, especially PowerAutomate, PowerApp and PowerBI
- Scripting / automation expertise to automate day-to-day tasks, manage changes and deploy features
- Technical development and maintenance of processes for building and cleaning SharePoint eco-system (self-service portal)

Preferred Skills

- Solid understanding of IT and Digital Workplace eco-systems in general
- Expertise in SharePoint / Viva Engage / Intranet eco-system and products
- Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, ability to pick things up quickly and connect information, with attention to details
- Ability to develop scripts, PowerAutomate flow, PowerApp applications and PowerBI dashboards
- Ability to use Microsoft’s Graph API
- Strong automation and self-service mindset
- Ability to translate business needs into technicalities
- Ability to generate meaningful dashboard for different types of audience (tenant reports, PowerBI…)
