"Job Summary The ServiceNow Technical Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the ServiceNow and on-premises RAG implementation, ensuring successful execution across planning,

architecture, development, integration, testing, and deployment.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, risk management, and coordination across cross-functional teams to deliver the project on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of

ServiceNow and RAG integration initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including ServiceNow

developers, AI developers, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and

resource allocation while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct technical reviews, sprint planning, status

reporting, stakeholder communications, and governance meetings.
- Ensure successful completion of SIT, UAT, production

deployment, hypercare,



and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical and delivery

issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skill

- Strong experience managing enterprise ServiceNow implementation and integration projects.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture,

ITSM, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and REST API integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning,

project governance, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, risk management,

and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and

deliver complex enterprise transformation programs.

Certifications Mandatory

- Project Management Qualified (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum

Master (PSM I)
