We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Consultant with 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience and at least 3 years of strong hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).

The candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, particularly Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM), along with good knowledge of asset lifecycle management and ITAM processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAM and HAM modules.
- Manage complete hardware and software asset lifecycles from procurement to retirement.
- Configure asset management workflows, business rules, policies, and automation.
- Work on Software Asset Management, including software discovery, normalization, license management, compliance, and reconciliation.
- Work on Hardware Asset Management, including asset tracking, procurement, stock management, transfers, and retirement.
- Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Procurement, and other ServiceNow modules.




- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot ITAM-related issues and provide production support.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics related to asset management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and ServiceNow administrators.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 3+ years of hands-on ITAM experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM
- Strong experience in SAM (Software Asset Management)
- Strong experience in HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- Good understanding of CMDB and CSDM
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization
- Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle and ITAM best practices
- Experience with integrations and ServiceNow workflows
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

- ServiceNow ITAM / SAM / HAM certification is an advantage.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB integrations.
- Experience in ITAM implementation, enhancement, and support projects
