ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with solid expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions, ServiceNow development, integrations, and security architecture. The role involves end-to-end solution design, development, deployment, and client management.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

ServiceNow GRC / Governance, Risk & Compliance ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies & Workflows

REST/SOAP & Scripted Web Services

ServiceNow configuration, customization & integration

Third-party tool integrations

Security Architecture & solution design





Project delivery & team management

Strong client/customer management skills

GOOD TO HAVE

• ServiceNow Certifications

- RSA Archer / MetricStream / Bwise
- Service Portal, Page Design & Widgets
- Knowledge Base & Knowledge Articles
- ServiceNow upgrades & patching
- Pre-sales, estimation & technical solutioning
- VB/Java scripting knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC implementation and development
- Design secure, scalable GRC solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage integrations and data synchronization
- Support project delivery, team management and client interactions
- Contribute to pre-sales, estimations and solution proposals
