Role 1

ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Service Graph.
- Good understanding of CMDB, CIs, relationships, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with integrations, MID Server, and troubleshooting.
- Strong ServiceNow administration and scripting knowledge preferred.

Role 2

ServiceNow CMDB Process Consultant

- Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB processes and governance.
- Positive understanding of CMDB lifecycle, CIs, relationships, data quality, and CSDM.
- Experience defining and improving CMDB processes, policies, standards, and workflows.




- Knowledge of CMDB Health, data reconciliation, identification & reconciliation rules.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Role 3

ServiceNow CMDB Developer / Admin

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB configuration, CI classes, relationships, and data models.
- Experience with Discovery, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and IRE.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
- Experience in CMDB data quality, troubleshooting, and administration.
