Must have skills : ServiceNow Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Role of ServiceNow Developer OMT-CPQ Mandatory Skills required- -ServiceNow Protal -Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM/SOMT), with a primary focus on Order Management, Order Orchestration and Order Activation -Robust experience with order decomposition, orchestration, fulfilment and activation workflows -Configuring and supporting the lifecycle of simple and complex products, bundles, promotions and pricing rules -End-to-end transaction lifecycle across Opportunity, Quote, Order, Agreement and Product Inventory -Attribute mapping between commercial and technical products/services -Integrating SOM/SOMT with OSS/BSS and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub or middleware -Working understanding of Logik CPQ: product catalog configuration and product modelling, configuration of complex products,



bundles and commercial offers -Working understanding of CPQ configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies and pricing logic, and the Quote-to-Order handover into Order Management -Awareness of Logik Open APIs (REST) and how CPQ integrates with ServiceNow, including basic troubleshooting of CPQ integrations -Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery teams, including refinement of features into user stories Fluent English (German is a plus) Preferred Skills -Telecommunications industry experience, with a strong understanding of Order Management, Order Activation and Service Fulfilment processes -Hands-on Logik CPQ implementation experience and integration of Logik CPQ with ServiceNow SOMT -ServiceNow Product Catalog Management and telecommunications product catalog management -Integration with CRM, Product Catalog, OSS/BSS and provisioning systems -Familiarity with TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, Open APIs) -Experience with ServiceNow Playbook and IntegrationHub -Knowledge of Product Inventory and Service Inventory concepts Mandatory Certifications -ServiceNow CSA -ServiceNow CAD Preferred -SOMT Accreditation -ServiceNow CIS certifications (or other relevant ServiceNow implementation certification) -TM Forum or telecommunications-related certifications are a plus
