Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and CMDB governance. The candidate will ensure high-quality CI data and establish CMDB as a trusted system of record.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design & maintain CMDB aligned with ServiceNow CSDM

- Configure CI classes, attributes, relationships & lifecycle states
- Implement and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping
- Manage MID Servers, credentials, probes & patterns
- Monitor CMDB Health – Completeness, Correctness & Compliance
- Define Identification & Reconciliation rules and governance standards
- Handle Import Sets, Transform Maps & data normalization
- Develop integrations using REST APIs & Integration Hub
- Automate CMDB processes using Business Rules,



Workflows & Scripts
- Build reports/dashboards and support impact analysis & change risk
- Collaborate with Architects, ITSM/ITOM teams and Application Owners

MANDATORY SKILLS

ServiceNow CMDB – Robust Hands-on

CSDM

Discovery & Service Mapping

CI Lifecycle, Identification & Reconciliation

JavaScript, Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts

Import Sets & Transform Maps

CMDB Health Dashboards & Reporting

GOOD TO HAVE

• ITOM – Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Operational Intelligence

- REST/API, LDAP & monitoring-tool integrations
- Big enterprise CMDB transformation experience
- HAM/SAM knowledge
- ServiceNow CSA / CMDB / ITOM certifications

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer communication, governance mindset, and ability to work independently in an offshore model supporting USA stakeholders.
