Role Description The Service Project Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee end-to-end service delivery for immigration and visa consulting projects, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client cases. This full-time, on-site role based in Canada involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining documentation to meet regulatory and organizational standards. The manager will track service performance, address escalations, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery to manage and improve end-to-end consulting services.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience and effective issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of IT Service Management to support process standardization, monitoring, and reporting where applicable.
- Experience in project management, preferably in immigration, consulting, or professional services, with the ability to handle multiple client engagements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and build trust with clients and teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; professional certifications in project or service management are an advantage.
