Role Description The Service Person role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Service

Person will support day-to-day home and office operations, including housekeeping tasks, basic maintenance coordination, and assisting with service setup for meetings, events, and daily routines.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, handling guest and resident requests in a courteous manner, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met.

Person may also help with table setting, light pantry support, and coordination with other staff members to provide seamless, high-quality service. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a professional, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

- Strong housekeeping and basic facility upkeep skills, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Customer service and hospitality-oriented skills, including courteous communication, client interaction, and responsiveness to requests.
- Time management and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and support daily operations efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, follow instructions, and adapt to different home and office environments.
- Basic literacy and numeracy; prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or facility services is an advantage.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as cleaning, lifting light loads, and standing for extended periods.
- Qualified appearance, integrity, and a respectful, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory approach to clients and coworkers.
