Role Description This is a full time, on-site Service Engineer role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of solar energy systems and related equipment. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing repairs, and providing field service support at customer locations. The role involves coordinating with project and technical teams, documenting service activities,



and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Engineer will also communicate with clients to explain technical findings, provide user guidance, and support continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Must Have Solar Inverter Service Knowledge.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site inspections, installations, and customer visits.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair skills for solar equipment and related electrical or electronic systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities for interacting with customers, teammates, and stakeholders.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering field is preferred.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and safety standards is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in the field, travel within the region, and manage service tasks independently.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting, documentation, and use of service tools and applications.
