- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration of HRSD module
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Jelly, and ServiceNow APIs
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices
- Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies
- Robust communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in leading a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators
- Experience in integrations with other enterprise systems
- Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
- ServiceNow certifications in HRSD will be added advantage.
