Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Service Engineer specializing in HVAC systems.

The Service

Engineer will handle day-to-day tasks such as diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, providing technical assistance, and conducting maintenance and repair activities.



Additional responsibilities include delivering field services to install or inspect equipment and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and quality service.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service tasks to detect and resolve HVAC system issues effectively.
- Experience in Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair, including hands-on work with HVAC equipment.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage in office tasks efficiently.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience with HVAC systems or related technology is highly beneficial.
