? Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Lead to manage service onboarding, transition, and governance for client projects moving into a managed support/BAU setting.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end service onboarding and transition activities
- Drive operational readiness assessments and BAU handovers
- Coordinate with SRE, Engineering, Project, and Operations teams
- Establish service governance, SLA/KPI tracking, and reporting
- Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and support documentation
- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, and escalations
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and support readiness

? Required Skills:

✔ 6+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Service Management, IT Operations, or Managed Services

✔ Experience in service transition and BAU support models

✔ Strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL processes

✔ Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
