Job SummearyWe are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator with strong knowledge of Terminal Automation Systems and experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing customer communication, and supporting site operations across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate service activities related to Terminal Automation Systems.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites.
- Plan and coordinate service engineers for site visits and customer requirements.
- Communicate with customers regarding service requirements, technical issues, and project updates.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and site engineers for smooth execution of service activities.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, documentation, and service activity updates.




- Monitor ongoing service activities and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Ensure effective coordination between customers, site teams, and internal departments.
- Travel to customer sites across PAN India as required.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with Terminal Automation Systems.
- Experience in site installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong customer handling skills.
- Positive coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across PAN India.

Travel Requirements
- Approximately 50% site travel.
- Expected customer site travel of around 12–15 days per month.
- Accommodation will be provided during site visits.
- Travel and local transportation to the site will be provided.
- Per diem of ₹750 per day will be provided.

Additional Information
- The resource will initially be deputed to the Pune office.
- The role involves regular coordination with customers and site teams.
- Candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites across PAN India.
