Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Server and Storage role based in Gurgaon. The role involves configuring, installing, and maintaining servers and storage systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity. The individual will monitor system health, perform regular backups, manage storage capacity, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.





Daily responsibilities include applying security best practices, managing user access, performing patching and upgrades, and documenting system configurations and procedures. The role also requires collaborating with network, security, and support teams to resolve incidents, optimize infrastructure, and support business-critical applications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms, and hardware configuration.
- Candidates should possess skills in storage technologies such as SAN/NAS, RAID configurations, backup solutions, and data recovery.
- Candidates should possess skills in system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of network fundamentals, security best practices, access control, and patch management.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in documentation, technical communication, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, VMware, storage-specific certifications) and experience in enterprise IT environments are beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
