About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Executive – Client Coordination to support the planning, execution, and coordination of SEO and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SEO fundamentals, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients. This role is also open to freshers who have completed 1–2 relevant internships and possess strong practical knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

Client communication is an important part of this role, so candidates should be confident in participating in client meetings, sharing updates, understanding requirements, and assisting with query resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the execution of SEO and digital marketing campaigns from planning through delivery.
- Maintain campaign timelines, task trackers, priorities, and project documentation.
- Coordinate SEO deliverables, including keyword research, technical SEO tasks, on-page optimization, content, and link-building activities.
- Work closely with content, design, and other internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables are completed according to requirements and timelines.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, website performance, and other SEO KPIs.
- Assist with SEO audits and identify potential optimization opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to support campaign planning and strategy.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms for research and performance monitoring.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and communicate key performance updates.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and team members to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
- Communicate with clients through calls, meetings, and regular updates.
- Understand client requirements, address queries,



and coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify execution gaps, risks, or potential delays and proactively communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
- Support project and campaign discussions by sharing updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Research emerging SEO practices, digital marketing trends, and AI-powered marketing solutions.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with 1–2 relevant internships and strong practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing fundamentals.
- Good understanding of SEO metrics, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and website performance.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Strong coordination, task-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with clients and participating in client meetings and discussions.
- Ability to understand requirements, provide updates, and assist with client query resolution.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Solid attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work collaboratively with different teams.
