Role Description The Service Advisor role at IJM Toyota is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana.

The Service

Advisor greets customers, understands their vehicle concerns, and prepares accurate job cards and service estimates. This role coordinates with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely and quality aftersales service, while keeping customers informed about service progress, costs, and recommendations.

The position also involves maintaining service records, promoting recommended services and accessories, and adhering to Toyota and dealership processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Aftersales knowledge, including basic understanding of automotive service and maintenance.
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service center is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple customer requests, and meet service deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for using dealership management and service booking systems.
- Diploma or degree in automotive, engineering, business, or a related field is beneficial.
