Senior US IT Recruiter

Work Location: India- Noida | Hyderabad | Chennai

Experience Range: 5 to 9 years

Night Shift: Timings 6:30PM IST to 3:30PM IST

MUST HAVE

- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment. Hands on to support end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United States.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types including H1B, GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, and TN Visa.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sourcing | Screening | Interviewing

- Source candidates through job portals- Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter.

LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, communication, visa status, and candidate suitability.




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Negotiation & Offer Closer

- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.

System | Compliance | MIS

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, compliance requirements, and hiring processes.
- Provide/ Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.
