Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions across multiple functions and levels. The specialist will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, craft accurate job descriptions, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

Day-to-day activities include managing candidate pipelines, conducting structured interviews, leading offer and negotiation processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives,



maintaining recruitment data and metrics, and continuously improving talent acquisition processes in line with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess talent and make sound, data-informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding to support talent attraction and enhance the organization’s presence in the talent market.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and leadership.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of HR and recruitment best practices; experience in corporate or consulting environments is beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition are an advantage.
