We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA PP‑PI subject‑matter expert with 5‑8 years of experience to lead complex implementation projects. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing production planning and process integration solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high‑quality SAP solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA PP‑PI implementation projects from blueprint to go‑live.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Configure PP‑PI modules, including Master Data, Planning, Execution, and Shop Floor Control.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design interfaces and data migrations.
- Identify and resolve functional gaps, proposing innovative SAP best‑practice solutions.
- Prepare and deliver client workshops, training sessions, and documentation.
- Monitor post‑go‑live performance, delivering hypercare support and continuous improvement.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SAP S/4HANA releases and industry trends.

Qualifications

- 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA PP‑PI implementation.
- Proven track record as a functional subject‑matter expert in production planning and process integration.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor control, and inventory management.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Relevant SAP certification (e.g.,



SAP Certified Application Associate – PP) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
