Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern cloud-native applications and data platforms leveraging Azure, Java, Spring Boot, React JS, Snowflake, and DBT. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, solution design, and governance responsibilities to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare technology solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture reviews, and technical roadmaps
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Azure cloud services
- Build and integrate modern data solutions leveraging Snowflake, DBT, and semantic layer architectures
- Remain highly hands-on, contributing to coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, driving engineering excellence, development standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Drive application security,



vulnerability remediation, dependency management, and platform risk mitigation efforts
- Partner with Security, Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards
- Establish CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and operational excellence practices across the platform

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and application development
- Must have fulltime graduation degree
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application architectures
- Experience delivering data-driven solutions using Snowflake, DBT, and semantic data models




- Experience leading technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and development teams
- Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and React JS
- Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, API integrations, and up-to-date engineering patterns
- Solid knowledge of secure software development, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications and modern data platforms
- Healthcare domain expertise, including experience with regulated data environments and compliance requirements
