This is a hands-on Senior Software Engineering role focused on building migration tooling and automation frameworks that help enterprise customers migrate from legacy schedulers and automation platforms to RunMyJobs (RMJ).

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting
- CI/CD exposure
Look for an 8 year Java backend engineer who has built APIs, automation frameworks, and developer tooling, rather than a conventional application developer.
The strongest profiles will combine:
Java Backend/API Automation Migration AI Databases Docker Testing with experience working directly with enterprise customers, Skilled Services, Solution/Migration Architects, or implementation teams.
