P1C3STSDefine end-to-end architecture for POS terminal and mobile payment solutions.

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for card-present and digital payment processing.

Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and solution governance.Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.Create solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, integration specifications, and technical documentation.Hands-on Development Actively participate in software development, code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.Develop and maintain Android and/or iOS applications for POS terminals and payment devices.

Implement reusable frameworks, SDK integrations, and common components.Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD practices, and software engineering best practices.Payment & POS IntegrationDesign and implement integrations with:Payment switches (e.g., Base24, Postilion, TPP platforms)Card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay)

Payment gateways and acquiring hostsPIN pad devices and payment peripheralsDevelop transaction flows covering:

SaleRefundReversalVoidSettlementReconciliationSupport EMV, Contactless (NFC), QR, and mobile wallet transactions.





Security & ComplianceEnsure applications comply with:PCI-DSSPA-DSS / PCI Secure Software requirements

EMV specificationsEncryption and key management standardsImplement secure authentication, tokenization, encryption, and certificate management.Conduct security reviews and vulnerability assessments.Team Leadership

Mentor developers and technical leads.Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices.Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and operations teams.Provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

10–15 years of software development experience.Minimum 5+ years of solution architecture experience.
